We get it. It's not always desirable to have every one of your conversations available to be viewed by anyone on the team, especially at the executive level.

Here's how to mark a recording private & ensure you're the only one who can see it.

How to Mark a Recording Private

1. Navigate to the Recordings page. Search & click on the file name of the recording you want to mark "private.” The Individual Recording page will open up.

2. Move to the "Private" button in the upper righthand corner of the page.

3. Toggle the "Private" button on (purple). This enables you to only have access to the conversation from your account.

4. The recording is now private. Only the host of that meeting can access the recording and a lock icon will show up on the record of the library page.

The file will disappear from other team members' "Library" page.

Verify if a recording is marked private on the library page by looking for the “lock” icon, which indicates that this record is private.
