If you want the Pickle machine to automatically identify and mark specific moments that you can quickly jump to in any conversation, you need to create a Marker.

| An example of how Pickle uses Markers:

We want to find any moment in a recording that mentions specific video conferencing tools. So we created a Marker based on the Keyword List "Video Conferencing"; and added keywords like "Zoom", "Google Meets", "Microsoft Teams", etc. Now every time one of those words/phrases is mentioned, the machine automatically marks the spot in the call and isolates them to make it super easy to find and jump to for more context.

How to Create a Marker

1. Log in to Pickle.

2. Click on the arrow and several options will drop down. Click on "Markers"

3. Click the "Create Marker" button in the top right corner of the page.

4. The Marker popup window will appear. First, title the Marker on the name text box.

5. Add all the relevant keywords or phrases to the marker.

6. Edit and delete/achieve the Marker by clicking the three dots on the righthand side.

How to Use a Marker

Search for a Marker

1. Search for any Marker on the Recordings page. Click on “more filters”. A side window will appear.

2. Click on the dropdown list and you will see all of your created markers.
