Sharing a recording is a powerful way to allow someone to listen directly to what & how a meeting unfolded without them having to be in the conversation at all.
1. Navigate to the Recordings page. Search & click on the file name of the recording you want to share. The Individual Recording page will open up.
2. Move to the "Share" button in the upper righthand corner of the page.
3. Click the Share button, and a popup window will appear. Toggle the "Shared link" on (purple) to enable the ability to share the recording link with anyone.
4. Click the "Copy" button to copy the link. Paste the link anywhere you want to share it. Anyone with the link will have access to only that recording.
