How we use it: say I only want to see sales demos with a specific teammate where I'm a participant (not the host). I set those filters, save the view, and can now jump to see any recording that fits those parameters every time I log in.

How to Create a Library Custom View

1. Navigate to the Library page. Next to the 'My recordings' & 'All recording' tabs, you will see a '+' button

2. Click on the '+' button & name the view. Click 'Create'.

3. Select the specific filters you want to base the unique view around.

| Ex. I only want to view all meetings I'm a participant in:

  1. Select myself in the 'Attendees' filter

  2. In the date dropdown, I'll pick 'All time' | | --- |

4. Want to see your custom view first every time you land on the Library page? Click the 'Star' icon to set the view as default.
