How to find a recording in the Library

Choose between your personal recordings or the whole team’s recordings. Filter by team members.
- Search any topic & surface every mention across recordings instantly. Find what you’re looking for before opening the call. Then just click & jump right to that moment
3. Search more specifically with our array of filters below.
Each recording result will include the following information:
- Recording name (name of the Zoom meeting. Typically the calendar invite or Personal Zoom)
- Rename file (hover the file & click the pencil icon to edit recording name)
- Meeting participants' email (view by hovering over & clicking the “grey person” icon)
- Share link (click on the “link” icon to copy. Paste in Slack, a browser, etc.)
- Hostname (who hosted the meeting)
- Date (when the meeting took place)
- Status (if the recording is completed or still being processed)
- Duration (how long the recording went)
- Tag (create & assign unique filters for specific meetings. Marketing, Demo, Product, etc.)
- **Markers** (automatic keywords that hit in that specific transcript)
- Note (a ✅ will appear if Smart Notes were taken during the meeting or added afterward)
- Snapshot (a ✅ will appear if Snapshots were made from the meeting transcript)
- Narrow your recording search down further by utilizing “More Filters”.
Filter Types:
- Attendees: search by specific attendees in any meeting (names, companies, etc.)
- Team: filter by specific teams in the company (ex. sales, marketing, product, etc.)
- Duration: narrow down to certain call lengths.
- Meeting status: is a recording complete of still processing.
- Tags: filter based on any custom tags created for specific meeting types.
- Sentiment: filter calls by positive, neutral, and negative scores.
- Markers: search for automatic labels for keywords mentioned in the transcript.
- Has snapshot?: meetings with transcript Snapshots include appear.
- Has meeting note?: meetings with smart notes taken during or afterward.
