Pickle's search is incredibly powerful, but take it to the next level when your recording file names are named properly.

"Acme <> Pickle Demo" or "Board Meeting (11/23/21)" is way easier to find over a bunch of "Taylor's Personal Zoom Meeting" files.

Rename a Recording File

Rename files in three ways:

1. Rename the file name of the recordings on the Library page. Click on the pen icon to open an edit window, and save or cancel your edits.

2. Navigate to the Recordings page. Search & click on the file name of the recording you want to rename.

Move to the file name in the top lefthand corner of the page.

Click on the file name and type what you want to be listed instead.

When you've finished renaming the file, click anywhere on the page & the name will save & update across the platform automatically.

3. Rename it during the meeting on the Pickle Zoom App.
