Every effective meeting has an agenda and topics that need to be covered. Most meetings go off the rails at some point and struggle to find their way back to the agenda (we've all been there)...

Use Smart Templates to ensure you stay on track and be 100% present in your meetings while taking fantastic notes, all without writing or typing a single word.

After the meeting, know what's been covered and quickly find the exact context of what was discussed.

Ex. "1st Round Interview", "Sales Demo", "Product Meeting", etc.

5. In the text editor box, type any agenda items/questions you want to hit in those specific meeting types. This is a full-blown text editor, so feel free to use it like any Word doc (blood, italic, linking, bullets, etc).

Ex. If it's a 1st round interview, you might include "Tell me about your background", "Past Experience", "Job Details", "Next Steps", etc.

6. Hit 'Add' after you type each item and they will appear in descending order in the pop-up window. You can always edit an item after the fact.

7. Edit any template by clicking the title & the 'Edit' purple button. Once finished, click the 'Update' purple button to save.
