On a meeting with a few team members? Collaborate in real-time with Team notes!
| How we use it: any time a couple of Pickle teammates are on a call with a customer, we can each take specific notes & tasks our team needs to complete afterward. |

1. After starting or joining your Zoom meeting, launch the Pickle Smart Notes app.
2. Team members can take Smart Notes simultaneously during the meeting. Your notes are on the right, other team members on the left.
3. After the meeting ends, click on the recording in your Pickle Library to see the transcript & notes. Navigate to the right half of the recording page & click on 'Notes'
4. Each meeting note will have initials on the left side. Indicating which team member took the note. Click the time-stamp to jump to the spot in the recording.
