While it's awesome to have access to Zoom recordings & select team's too.

There's value in keeping some conversations private and deleting others altogether.

How the Pickle team uses the delete function:

• Delete: anytime we have a meeting where the other participant no-shows, we end the call, and delete the recording.

How to Delete Recordings

| This is an Admin-only feature!

Unlike Zoom, you have unlimited recording storage in Pickle. So don't feel like you need to delete recordings just to create space or avoid hitting some storage fee.

Delete from the Library page

1. Navigate to the Library page. Search & click on the file name of the recording you want to delete. Or simply scroll down and look for it.

2. Once you found the recording, check the box to the left of the recording file name.

3. Click the "Delete" above the "results" section.

4. A popup will appear asking to ensure you want to delete. Click the "Delete" button.

Delete from within an individual recording page

1. Navigate to the Recordings page. Search & click on the file name of the recording you want to delete. The Individual Recording page will open up.
