The Profile page is your central hub for adjusting the details to your account.
From here, you have the ability to update your information and change passwords.
📝 Admins: manage privacy settings here. Protect any sensitive recordings.
1. Move to the top lefthand corner of the platform from any page. Click on the icon shaped like the head and shoulders of a person.
2. A dropdown menu will appear. Click "Profile".
From the Profile page, you can update your personal info & password (left side).
Admins, usually team leaders, may want to keep recordings private by default.
Your permissions allow you to toggle the Privacy setting on or off.
If toggled On, all your new recordings will be set to private and only visible to you.
When you need to make a specific recording public, simply search for that recording in the Library, & turn the private toggle off on the recording page.
Verify if a recording is marked private on the library page by looking for the “lock” icon. Which indicates that this record is private.
