How to Take Smart Notes During a Meeting

🚨 Don't Forget 🚨 ****Install the Pickle AI Smart Notes app in Zoom first!

1. Join a scheduled Zoom meeting on your Google Calendar (make sure your calendar is connected to Pickle).

2. Open your Zoom App & click on 'AI Smart Notes for Pickle' during your live Zoom meeting.

3. A popup Smart Notes will appear on the right side of your Zoom window. You now have the ability to take time-stamped meeting notes in a few ways:

Option 1 - Typing quick notes:

Typing quick notes in the bar at the top of the page. After completing any note, hit "Enter" and the note will appear in the window below and apply a time-stamp.

Option 2 - Smart Templates:

Select any Smart Template you pre-made. Navigate to the "Add Template" button in the middle lefthand side of the window. Click on the button to see your pre-made Smart Templates. Select one or multiple throughout the meeting.

Once selected, you will see the template points/questions displayed. Click on a point (as often as you want) every time you want to mark a specific moment in the meeting that relates to the template point. It will be time-stamped and can be edited at any point.

Option 3 - Drop a Pin:

Quickest of all three options. If you want to mark a specific moment in the meeting, simply hit "Enter" at any point and a pinned will appear in the window and time-stamp the moment. You can always type more context and edit the pin at any point.
