Snapshots are a powerful way to allow someone to listen directly to what and how specific moments in a meeting unfolded without having to play to the game of telephone when explaining back.

| Example of how Pickle uses Snapshots internally:

One of our external team members was meeting with a customer. The customer described a small issue they were experiencing on the platform.

After the meeting ended, our team member took a snapshot of that specific moment in the transcript out of the entire 30-min recording. They sent the snapshot to our developers to listen to and the issue was resolved that day.

This was done without the team member having to recall & describe the issue to the developers. Allowing the engineers to hear the issue directly from the customer as if they were in the meeting themselves.
